Style Saves Lives

Unfortunately many of us have faced the heardships of breast cancer, although more treatements are available today, it still remains a deadly disease. The theshoegoddess is actively supporting breast cancer research in hope to one day find a cure.

Fashion Illustration by Fashion Designers is a collection of original sketches by 50 of some of the world’s most celebrated fashion designers. Compiled by Style.com editor Laird Borrelli, the designs include some never-before-seen sketches.

Ten of the sketches featured in the book will be sold in an eBay auction presented by Style.com to benefit Fashion Targets Breast Cancer www.fashiontargetsbreastcancer.org

From March 28-April 18, illustrations will be auctioned off from these designers: 3.1 Phillip Lim, Badgley Mischka, Betsey Johnson, Christian Lacroix, Doo.Ri, Giambattista Valli, Isaac Mizrahi, Peter Som, Rodarte, and Sonia Rykiel. Fashion Targets Breast Canceris a charitable initiative of the Council of Fashion Designers of America/CFDA Foundation. The CFDA Foundation provides assistance to women with breast cancer and their families, friends and other supporters by rallying designers, models, retailers, and other creative energies within the fashion industry.
