What I like about Alexander McQueen is that he can deliver a very classic collection and also come up with some crazy and fun shoes and handbags.
I love these boots (not that I would wear them around town on a daily basis, although with me you never know!). They remind me of the late 70s punk era, which is so dear to my heart. I would wear these boots while listening to the Sex Pistols with jeans and a simple t-shirt, and, of course, a leather jacket. Or perhaps I would wear them with a super classic dress or skirt. "God save the McQueen!"

Browns ship to the US but actually their web-site is kind of complicated when it comes to payment with US credit card, Those shoes were available at net-a-porter but I couldn't find them anymore, I love the black as well, I never saw those, thank you for the tip.
I think the black version is more evening, I love the original union jack they are just funky.

I think I would wear these practically everyday... they match my Mini with Union Flag mirror caps! I usually have some old Stooges or Pistols playing, so I got that covered too LOL! Great boots, I have a fixation on Union flag design, I love the way it looks asymmetrical but isn't. Great choice, Shoe Goddess wins again!

I am with you on this one, I love those boots, and I was a punk myself , I saw the Pistols in concert in a club in London called the roxy on Kings road (doesn't make me any younger) anyway I will totally rock them as well everyday.

The Roxy! OMG we're kindred souls! I feel so lucky to have been heavily involved in both the early NY and London punk scenes. Sometimes I get a bit sad missing it all, but then I remember the energy and outrageous fun and I just have to smile!
