I think these are chic and original. I love anything that hugs or cuffs the ankle and these for sure do the trick. Their metallic color helps them to fit into any wardrobe pretty flawlessly. Here I've paired them with a simple black a silver sweater dress.

I was browsing Shopbop.com when I spotted these Barbara Bui sandals. They are a nice color, and I really like the wooden heel, but what stands out is how similar they are to one of my favorites: the Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Sandal. The Barbara Bui sandals are cheaper, and if they were only a few hundred dollars, I would think they were a great deal. But to me, there is no comparison to the Tribute sandal. Visually I prefer the YSL. The white stitching on the Barbara Bui is less polished looking, and I don’t care for the way the straps come together. The YSL just looks sleeker and more expensive. And for only $75 more, the YSL are a much better choice!
