As I got dressed for our annual pumpkin patch trip with my son, I realized I have a severe wardrobe deficiency in my closet! I really wanted to wear my new high-heeled ankle boots, but clearly they’re not the best choice for traipsing around a farm! I ended up wearing a casual v-neck tee and Pumas, but some flat boots would’ve been perfect! I don’t care for Uggs at all, but I like the look of wearing boots over jeans. I found a wide range of flat boots that will look super chic over jeans with a casual top or sweater. I haven't decided which of these choices I'll buy yet, but they're all stylish and would work in my wardrobe!

Who ever's rocking them, they rock. I would do them with some shiny black leggings and a tee, throw in a leather jacket and you're golden.

The stark white leather mixed with the simplicity of a moccasin really works here. I would do these with a colored jean to make the white pop (maybe a purple or red). I bet these are super comfy and soft because that is the essence of a moccasin, after all. I want 'em!!

Ooh, another great wedge at a reasonable price! These wedges, in gold snake-embossed metallic leather, are really beautiful. The ankle straps really add some sexiness to these shoes. I love it when you can find sexy shoes that are still comfortable. Because of the gold leather you can wear these shoes for evening, or you can glam up a daytime outfit with them. They also come in a silver leather and a beautiful, bright-blue suede.

A burst of sunshine just in time for Spring. I love the front sunburst/marigold detail, it could certainly brighten anyone's day or outfit for that matter. I would definitely rock these with some shorts (i love jean shorts, especially cutoffs... I know, kind of country) for a day by the ocean or a simple flowy sundress in the city.

These ballet flats are as refreshing as it gets. Aren't they absolutely adorable? I love the buckle detail (similar to the Roger Vivier trademark buckle) and the classy yet elegant look of these shoes. It is the "Audrey Hepburn" Je ne sais quoi that makes these flats a timeless classic. They would look great with dark denim and will make it beautifully through spring .

Although I am patiently waiting for the Spring 2008 collection by Belle by Siegerson Morrison, I can't resist these adorable fall 2007 trotters. They are just so cute and feminine totally retro inspired, the color is very beautiful and so in this fall it's a taupe almost grey tone, which make these shoes perfect with any black gray or brown outfit, as well as with navy blue .
