Usually I think Betsey Johnson’s shoes are a bit out there, if not outright tacky. But I think these pumps are really cute. The scalloped trim and off-set bow are really sweet in a sophisticated way without being too much. They are also available in navy and red, which is equally cute.

For a sort of retro vibe, I’d pair these with a skirt and cashmere twin set. They’d also be cute with simple dress and tights. For a fun look, I’d do the navy/red pair with red tights.

Ok, I'm in love.  These are dangerous and rock n' roll and sexy and everything in between.  The back detail is insane, which shouldn't be surprising since these boots were designed by the queen of kooky.  I would pair these with a short little Betsey Johnson number for sure! Or 'old faithful' (a.k.a skinny jeans.)

(Mom, if you are reading this, my birthday's coming up!)

There's something about this Scottish style that just screams fall to me. Obviously a lot of designers felt the same way this season. Maybe it's the warm colors and thick fabrics. Though plaid can easily go sour, these designs are anything but. Here are some examples (from the expensive to the affordable) of what we are seeing this season.

Amazing. Chanel really hit the nail on the head. These are so Axel Rose.
