Botkier Xena Boots

While we were in NYC for fashion week Hilary and I decided to explore a fabulous vintage store What Comes Around Goes Around.

Of course, every morning before leaving our hotel we made sure we had gathered all the addresses of the stores we wanted to visit, in order to make it as pain free fo as possible for our driver--the poor man needed a serious vacation after we left!

Anyway that day we decided to start by the meat market district and after a heavy lunch at a Cuban restaurant, our guilt was so strong that Hilary decided we should walk to the vintage store located on West Broadway.

Needless to say that I was kind of unhappy about the walk, but afterall it was a beautiful day and we ate fried food! And Hilary was so confident about the place being three blocks away!

We decided to walk up on Broadway. To make a long story short, after walking over 20 blocks without finding the store, my feet were screaming for mercy, but Hilary was very sure that we would find the store soon that we kept on going.

However on the way we had to stop at Bloomingdales because I needed a pair of flip flops in order to avoid foot amputation.

I couldn't believe Hilary still had the energy to look for boots. As I was collapsing from exhaustion, she tried these Xena boots on and they looked fabulous on her. I really like the long cuff that covers the boots allowing a flirty peak of the heel and toe. She was totally rocking them.
