I love how Chie Mahara has it's own character (I think it's that heel. I have a pair from two seasons ago that are totally different, yet share similar qualities.) This leather looks soft and I'm really digging that buckle detail. I would do these with black leggings and a sweater dress or skinny jeans bunched up at the ankle.
