Oh la la what an exhausting life we lead when we want to be fashionistas.... Jumping from one plane to the next; going from New York to London. Seriously.... this is too much.

Anyway, this week I will be reporting about London where fashion week has begun. EHH for those of you who are concerned about my many travels, don't freak out! I am here in Los Angeles so I will report about London fashion week from my house in L.A.

Well the first show is Gareth Pugh and I have to admit that I don't get it. I know I know, I can just hear my daughters screaming how "retarded" I am just because I don't understand that so and so is "EMO." Okay after seeing Gareth Pugh's spring 2008 fashion show I might be able to understand what they mean by "EMO"....

Who would have guessed that wearing dead rats as a collar would one day be trendy!!!!

Ha yes I almost forgot the purpose of this blog !!! To update people about shoes. Well the good news is I've found the pair we will wear for the next gay pride parade with our drag queen costume.

Voila this is "la cerise sur le gateaux" the cherry on top of the cake. How cool and convenient it's going to be to stroll around the city in these fabulous boots especially with the charm dangling sadly to the ground. I just have one thing to say: Bravo Gareth at least you made a fashion statement. 

I think I have seen a lot of strange things in my life, but nothing compares to Gareth Pugh’s fall 2007 fashion show.

This young British designer is certainly talented. I don't know what you think, but it gives me the creeps just to look at his fall 2007 line. The mise en scene is strange as it makes a weird cross between the Venice Carnival and a horror movie.

Although the shoes are strange, they are interesting. I dare anyone to try and wear them. Even though some might think that Gareth Pugh creations come straight out of a horror movie, it is very different and very creative.
