This summer due to our busy schedule, and for the first time since I have moved to the United States, I haven't been able to make my annual trip to France, my birth place .
Although the endeavor that keeps me in Los Angeles is my life-time commitment toward education for the children of Los Angeles, and to push a ballot that might change the face of our city, I still miss Paris.

These shoes are simply gorgeous. I loved the ruched chiffon detail. The beading is very pretty, and not over done like you often see. They would be gorgeous with a little black dress or even evening trousers. I also love that designers are putting platforms in evening shoes now. Some of my most uncomfortable shoes are evening sandals or pumps with paper-thin soles. So my feet are really happy with this development!
