I fell in love with a crocodile platform pump from Giambattista Valli a few weeks ago, and perusing the Giambattista Valli Spring Ready-to-Wear collection we’ll see more of those fabulous platforms!
I’m really impressed with these shoes. I do prefer my shoes to have platforms. They’re just undeniably more comfortable especially with super high heels, but I like how unique and sexy the platforms of these Giambattista Valli shoes are. These pumps are a work of art. I love the platform and their elegant look. The soft shade of pink perfectly compliments the roughness of the crocodile, making these shoes a fabulous, timeless classic pair of pumps.
I can't wait to see how they will translate to real life.

I am so in love with these shoes, it's ridiculous! The color, the platform ... they are just so hot. I would wear them with anything...grey, navy or brown.
The only thing that bothers me is the heel. I wish it were a little higher so that it would balance out the platform better, which would make our legs look longer and thinner.

Don't these remind you of a minty green Vespa or a KitchenAid blender? I love minty green and color was abound on the runway for fall. These are croc (tisk tisk) but how can you resist them? They are to die for. Love the tacked on platform, very modern. We will have to keep an eye out for ready to wear shoes that even resemble these runway beauties.
