When I tried to show these booties to my lovely husband, I couldn't clearly hear what he was saying. I think he was mumbling something about the economic crisis, world bankruptcy and to give the Amex some rest!!! I said "What?!" After being stuck for a whole week in the kitchen cooking and baking for the Jewish holiday, he could have spared me the usual blah blah blah about my shopping, because the truth is, I am just trying to help boost the economy and rather than being all negative, he should welcome my initiative and help me!!
