Since reviewing Marni's ready-to-wear fall collection, I was waiting anxiously for the shoes to hit the store. And voila! Finally the unbearable wait is over. The collection is magnificent, so it was worth waiting!
Although I knew my choice for Pick of the Week would be from Marni's collection, I had a very difficult time choosing. I picked one pair that I adore, but stay tuned to see more Marni shoes in the coming days. I am just crazy about these purple laminated leather pumps, that according to the lighting changes colors to match a large array of outfits.
Of course I bought a pair and when they arrived...wrong size! Total bummer! I can't believe I have to wait a few more days to get them.

Yes I agree these are magnificent, but I have to wonder if these should be sold at a furniture store as well at a shoe store. The wood looks like a piece of furnture. very nice!
God, Marni's shoes are ridiculous! They never fail to amaze me. LOVE these!

I love the wooden elements in the shoe collection lately but here I think there's a bit too much wood. I love the "laminated" texture of the shoe though!
Oh well, I agree when you see all the collection together but individually they look fabulous, these pump look even better on.

Do they run large or small...if I am an 8.5, should I get a 38 or 39 ?
They run a little big I am usually a 7.5 and I bought a 7, so I think you should get a 38.
