Can you imagine being locked up for an entire night inside a closet filled with fabulous shoes? This is how I feel when I browse my favorite websites and find beautiful shoes. I seriously go nuts. As I mentioned previously, Azzedine Alaia has been my latest obsession, but so is Nicholas Kirkwood. I just adore his shoes. I was wearing my newly purchased pair of Nicholas Kirkwoods yesterday, and I received so many compliments, but the best part is that they are super comfy!
And these boots are no exception. They are sexy, chic and comfy. I love the lace detail and the unique platform, which has become a Nicholas Kirkwood trademark. Unfortunately, we don't see enough of Nicholas Kirkwood in the United States, so please Nicholas, if you read this blog: we adore you and want to be able to find your shoes!

Since I saw my first pair of Nicholas Kirkwood shoes last year, I have been a huge fan. When I displayed some of his designs during the party Mercedes Benz hosted for The Shoe Goddess, all the ladies were raving about them!
Anyway, the other day as I was browsing the web, I came across these out-of-this-world lizard skin shoes. They scream sexy and elegant to me, with a little edginess. I have to have them.... I know again. But I am The Shoe Goddess afterall, and my husband is in Paris for the whole week, so no yelling until...well the next Amex statement!

Desirable: Nicholas Kirkwood Hidden Pearl Black Pumps
Whether we like them or not, Nicholas Kirkwood shoes are truly pieces of art, and these fabulous black pumps are no exception. I love the hidden pearl. lt reminds me of a Chanel Haute Joaillerie ring I have, which features small stripes of black and white diamonds in a rounded shape hiding a white pearl underneath.
For me, those pumps represent the height of sophistication and refinement. Hopefully, they will be in store soon.

I reviewed a gorgeous Nicholas Kirkwood pump on Tuesday, and I talked about the artistry of his designs. This slingback uses the same satin and snakeskin, but it is definitely more artistic. I can appreciate that the form of this shoe is beautiful, but personally I wouldn’t wear them. I can, however, see a very confident women who takes fashion risks rocking tbem.
I think Nicholas Kirkwood is one of the most innovative and creative shoe designers out there. Even when I don’t like his shoes, I can always appreciate the creativity behind them. But these satin pumps are simply stunning! I absolutely love the combination of the turquoise satin and the snakeskin heel. I also like the way Kirkwood does his platforms. They are very comfortable, and make his shoes pretty unique. These shoes would be gorgeous with black or ivory.

I have been watching Nicholas Kirkwood's designs for a while now. Unfortunately the last time I tried to buy a pair, the shoes were sold out, and it was almost impossible to find these fabulous shoes in the United States. What I love about Nicholas Kirkwood's designs are their edginess and extremely high quality. Each detail of his shoes is fabulous, like the delicacy of the pipping. These shoes are also extremely comfortable.

Since I have seen these shoes on the Browns web-site, I have become obsessed. I love them, their vibrant color their architectural shape, the platform, I mean everything. I am going to investigate presto on where to find these shoes within the USA. We don't want to pay the high cost of international shipping,to have these shoes shipped from London, but we have to have them, they are too fabulous........ So far I haven't find these shoes yet, but I am still holding hope that I might find them in Vegas..
