For my 13th birthday, my grandmother gave $150. The first thing I did was run to Charles Jourdan (who at the time was one of the hottest shoe designers in Paris), and I bought a pair of electric blue peep-toe pumps.
When I came across this pair of shoes, it reminded me some fond memories. I like the elegant style, but I am not sure about the color! I love blue--don't get me wrong--but I have a difficult time thinking about what kind of outfit will look good paired with these shoes. Any suggestions?

It's such a bold color that it demands attention. I can see the shoes with black cigarette pants and a swingy top or with a short shift dress that has elements of the same color.
Me too! I actually have a shift dress that would work perfectly! Also I think a black mini and black tights would be hot!
