Fendi Fall Winter 2007- 08 collection

Today I was invited to preview the Fendi 2007-08 Fall- winter collection

The Location : The penthouse at the Luxe hotel 360 N.Rodeo dr Luxe hotel

The Setting: The beautiful penthouse turned into a showroom, with a terrace overlooking Rodeo Dr, trays of vienoiseries and beverages were offered.

Upon my arrival I was warmly welcome by Peri Ellen Berne the store director and Charles Jourdan the merchandising manager for the shoes.

The collection: absolutely stunning sophisticated and elegant at the same time. And the shoes are out of this world.

The Neapolitan born shoe designer Ernesto Esposito has succeeded on creating in my opinion one of his most intriguing shoe collection.

Here are my favorites:

I loved These fabulous brown suede studded richelieu shoes, the deconstructed heel is totally new and they just look fabulous weather with pants or with black tights and a simple dress. Actually Fendi had some models trying the clothes and the shoes, these Richelieu were worn simply with black tights and a little brown dress, it was so chic.

I totally adored these black suede and leather peep-toe platform sandals, the round platform look fabulous and feel soft and rubbery to the foot for a maximum comfort. They would look great with a pair of Jean's and will carry you trough the night with a dress or a skirt.

I also loved the Black suede studded sling back Mary-jane. They also have the deconstructed heel and look amazingly sexy.
