I couldn't agree more re marc jacobs. I used to love him so much - both lines - as they were the first 'designer' brand I fell for, probably because the shoes were so cute and quirky. But I feel like in the past few years the attempts to design anything a little bit different just means plain ugly for this line now days. So sad!
Wow, these are incredible. Just wow - the first pair of 'busy' shoes that I haven't thought were over the top in a little while now. Although we have Summer 2007 in the stores here at the moment - Spring 08 seems an age away!
I couldn't agree more - miu miu shoe have been just wonderful for the last few seasons, from flats to stilettos and almost everything in between. Their range is so extensive at the moment I feel like everyone can find something (or things!) to add a little flair to their wardrobe. Their prices are great for junior shoe goddesses such as myself too.
No, just a little too much for me I think. I can't think of any outfit other than jeans either, as I am pretty sure that this colour against my blonde/pale colouring would make me look positively consumptive. Maybe if you had a dark olive skin tone, these at least wouldn't make you look unwell?
Hilary these are such a wonderful choice for work, the metallic heel and subtle ruching make me think they'd be in high rotation come winter. They still make a statement, but it is a little more sophisticated than the miu miu pump with ruching on the vamp that we have seen everywhere.
