You lucky little devils! Cannot wait to see and read all about this adventure. With 70 appointments, you best be sure to put your Foot Petals in whichever shoes you end up wearing (hope you find the perfect navy blue pair!)
Oh, are these gorgeous. Florence, you have your pink shoes, and I? Well, let's just say there is no shortage of blue or navy shoes in my collection. I can't help myself. These would be a nice addition for me too, I just can't wrap my head around cone heels for some reason? I better get over that soon.
It was only a matter of time before others went with the red soles. I remember seeing a great pair of Loubie knockoffs and thinking, if only they had the red sole, I 'm pretty sure I could get away with it! It's amazing how iconic they've become!
oooh lala! stripper centralle! ;) ha. You're right about the little ball looking like a cherry! Would have been super cute had they just made it a cherry to begin with!
YES! Totally fun. The interesting thing is that often times, fashion parties in NY are ridiculously pretentious. Basically, beautiful people drinking hard cocktails sizing up other beautiful people. The fun usually doesn't begin until several of those hard cocktails are consumed. In the case of the Joie party? a. It started late in the evening, so people were ready to blow off some steam from their stressful catwalk-filled day and get loose! b. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly, and c. The Rose Bar, as I mentioned above, is intimate in both size and atmosphere. The guest list was very exclusive so there was no room for boring, unfabulous people. ;)
YUP! Exactly my point. 13 year olds? What about he 8 year olds? They worship Paris and Britney, so sad. I'm not keen on young girls seeking to buy her products... and now shoes? Give us a break already.
Wish you were right, but if you look at sales numbers between her extremely successful perfume line and her jewelry collection (sold exclusively through amazon.com), she's got quite the following. Even with being written right out of Conrad's will, she'll be covered financially for a good long while.
I've met Paris. She was sweet as sugar so I won't be too judgemental, but those pink satin shoes will def have that "All Man Made Materials" sticker on the soles. She going for the right market though, no one who spends real coin on shoes would fathom buying her line. Then again, who knows? Maybe she'll surprise us?
Could it only be me who luuves these? I can only think of one single outfit to do these with, but it's a knockout and to be worn in flight! Stark white cropped skinny jeans, black James Perse long sleeve t-shirt. Big mod sunglasses, gold Lia Sophia necklaces. BAM! Now where is my paparazzi to greet me at LAX? - Galit
Me thinks these shoes would be a must have for Nune and Nuune (those crazy cat artsty-fartsy characters from Saturday Night Live). Someone in Amsterdam might sport these running through the tulip patches.
