I have completely been fooled, i should have known better than to even look at awebsite that offers items for sale. I just need help to figure out how i do get my money back. I have sent emails to their contact email and i have sent emails to the address that sent me my confirmation number.
the package i recieved was from china, not england like the websit had said and the package was falling aprat when i got it. It had no return or even packing slip enclosed. I knew right away.

Contact your credit card company immediately, and explain the situation to them, and give them any paperwork that the company sent you (your confirmation number, anything), and the information that they include on their site about returns, authenticity, etc.

I was scammed by one of these sites. I have received no tracking information or even a package. Luckily, i quickly suspected it would be a scam so i have already spoken to my credit card company and i was issued a new credit card to avoid fraud on my credit card. i am also going to dispute the scam charge and hopefully get that money back. I was told I have a good case. Wish I wouldve been smarter and done some research!

The site is still up. By fake sites, do you mean they are all knock offs? Or could they be defective shoes that they are selling?
What I mean is the shoes they sell are knock off and poorly made, don’t be fooled by the pictures you see on those site, they are ususally illegally taken from legal sites, once you get your shoes if you ever do you will be extremely disapointed.

mooxee are AWFUL! I have had nothing but hassle from them! Almost a month ago I ordered a pair of their jeans online… after two weeks I started getting worried that they were a scam and tried to contact them… their phone numbers are fake and the person behind the email only got back to me 4 days later to tell me everything was fine. A week later and still no news, so I emailed them again. This time they said they had a ’system error’ which didn’t inform me that the jeans were out of stock. I emailed them again telling them I wanted a refund but they ignored my emails and only when I threatened legal action did they reply to my refund email… and told me I would have to wait 30 DAYS to get my refund, even though I don’t even have the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

When you order from a reputable web site, you immediately get a confirmation e-mail with your order, which I did not get. I eventually spoke with some guy who said he was aware I did not get a confirmation e-mail. How did he know who I was? I told him I didn’t even give him my name! Was I his only customer? He said he would send me an e-mail, but to this day I never got one. In the mean time I contacted my credit card co. and told them I am sure I made a transaction with a fraudulent co. They put a freeze on my card for the time being.

Hi Sunny I checked this website and truth is I won’t buy anything from them, although they don’t disclose clearly the origin of their goods I am extremely sceptical about authenticity.
They tell you to track your order through several shipping companies according to your country but usually companies provide their customer with a tracking number , there is too many things that seem chessy to me.
